Distribution Setup

Two main sub-divisions are identified in the structure for distribution, one area being, Institutions which include government & private sector organizations & modern trade, the second being, traditional trade including wholesalers, semi wholesalers, retailers etc.  The island is subdivided in to eighty nine sectors with a sales representative allocated to each geographical area. A network of 57 stock holding agents, facilitate a decentralized operation to maintain substantial stocks of all our SKUs & other facilities for regional distribution.


The fully automated invoicing system starting with palm  held billing devices are connected with a supportive  network  for speedy date transferring to head office. This system has given accuracy & transparency to all our transactions, and above all an edge over other FMCG distributing organizations of the country.
